Lychee Rose
$108Gin, rose essence, lychee liqueur and fresh lime juice: floral sweetness with a tangy twist. ABV 10%.
NY Sour
$108Maker’s Mark bourbon, fresh lemon juice, demerara syrup and orange and lemon peel, layered with tart acidity and sweet depth. ABV 12%.
Kashmiri Margarita
$108Tequila, apple, citrus, Kashmiri chilli and honey, balancing heat with sweet and tangy notes. ABV 12%.
The Dark Spot
$108An exotic rum sour with tamarind, jaggery and citrus: tart and tangy, with caramel-like sweetness. ABV 12%.
Wine Ka Sharbaat
$108A red wine spritzer with orange, peach, strawberry and rose (gulab) concentrate, for a lush, fruity burst with subtle floral notes. ABV 9%.
Baklava Fashioned
$108A nutty Old Fashioned with butter bourbon, pistachio, cinnamon, honey and bitters, with baklava’s warm, honeyed richness. ABV 11%.
Alcohol-free
Zero Mojito
